ARTICLE 1 - Scope of application - Legal information & Privacy policy
The present
terms and conditions apply in full and without restriction to all
purchase of hosting services (the " Services ") offered by Vieux
Boucau Surf Camp (the "Supplier") to consumers and non
professionals (the " Customers " or a " Customer ").

Supplier. The Customer must read these terms and conditions before
order any service. The choice and ordering of services are the responsibility of

ARTICLE 2 - Orders
The Customer chooses the services to be ordered, as follows
next :
- The customer fills in the " reservation form " and

ARTICLE 3 - Prices

ARTICLE 5 - Provision of services
The services ordered include :
- Accommodation in

Transfers are
managed by external service providers such as SNCF, RDTL, Westcoast Transfers

The Supplier is obliged to use its best efforts to provide the
services ordered by the Customer and is obliged within the limits of due diligence
required. If the services have not been performed for any reason other than the
force majeure or the behaviour of the Customer, the sale may be terminated upon
written request from the customer in accordance with articles L 216-2, L 216-3
and L241-4 of the French Consumer Code. Amounts previously paid by the
Customer will be reimbursed no later than 14 days after termination of the
contract, to the exclusion of any indemnity or deduction.
ARTICLE 6 - Supplier's liability

their consequences, if the parties have not reached a settlement

ARTICLE 11 - Contractual information - Customer consent
The Customer acknowledges that these terms and conditions
before the order is placed and before the contract is concluded,
in a clear and comprehensible manner, as well as other information
listed in Article L.221-5 of the French Consumer Code, and in particular the
following information:
