ARTICLE 2 - Orders

The Customer chooses the services to be ordered, as follows next :

- An invoice is sent to the Customer by Vieux Boucau Surf Camp upon receipt of reservation form. ARTICLE 3 - Prices

ARTICLE 4 - Terms of payment

For reservations for individuals, families and groups
- Upon registration, 50% of the payment must be made by the customer in Vieux-Boucau. Surf Camp

ARTICLE 5 - Provision of services

The services ordered include :
- Accommodation in half-board (breakfast, buffet picnic lunch and dinner)

- Bed linen on the first day, for the entire stay of the Customer. (excluding towel)

Optional services not included in the sale price are as follows: 
- SUP board rental
- Yoga classes, forest baths, and the massages, as required.
- Expenses transfer from train station or airport according to customer's choice. 
- Beverages not included in meals

Transfers are managed by external service providers such as SNCF, RDTL, Westcoast Transfers under their sole responsibility, and the Customer discharges Vieux-Boucau Surf Camp of any responsibility for the completion of these transfers, for which the Customer bears full responsibility for all risks. related costs.

The services described above take into account the number of participants as mentioned on the reservation form, the customer may have the possibility to modify the name of the participants but without any possibility of modifying the number of participants or services selected. Services ordered do not include ancillary services which will be invoiced separately at the Customer's request.

The Supplier is obliged to use its best efforts to provide the services ordered by the Customer and is obliged within the limits of due diligence required. If the services have not been performed for any reason other than the force majeure or the behaviour of the Customer, the sale may be terminated upon written request from the customer in accordance with articles L 216-2, L 216-3 and L241-4 of the French Consumer Code. Amounts previously paid by the Customer will be reimbursed no later than 14 days after termination of the contract, to the exclusion of any indemnity or deduction. 

ARTICLE 6 - Supplier's liability
Vieux-Boucau Surf Camp - SAS REDON cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or deterioration of the customer's personal belongings.
ARTICLE 7 - Force majeure

The French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle disputes that may arise in connection with the provision of Services in application of these terms and conditions, in particular with regard to their severability, interpretation, performance, termination and their consequences, if the parties have not reached a settlement friendly.
